Ryan did an outstanding job fixing our leaking toilet. He arrived on time, assessed the problem, and offered clear recommendations for the best solution. We ended up having our flange / piping replaced and our toilet reset and he did so within a few hours. Throughout the process, he was transparent and honest about the pricing, unlike some other plumbing companies that will try to up-charge you at every turn. Ryan was amazing. Called him on a Thursday and was out two days later to do a full scope of work estimate. Talked through all the options and their pros and cons. Came back two days later to do the job (new water heater and two new toilets). Discovered additional scope on the water heater and worked with my wife and me to manage the additional cost.
